Matching Bonus

1. How is the Matching Bonus calculated, and how does dynamic compression work?

The Matching Bonus is calculated as a matching percentage of the base commissions earned by your personally sponsored Brand Partners. You earn this bonus up to seven generations of Brand Partners. You can only earn the Matching Bonus after achieving Gold or Silver Status or reaching Ultimate Business Level.

Dynamic compression ensures that if a Brand Partner in your downline does not qualify for commissions in a given period (e.g., due to inactivity or missed volume requirements), their commission payout compresses up to the next active Brand Partner in your downline. This allows you to still earn Matching Bonuses even if some individuals in your direct sponsorship tree are inactive.

Each Brand Partner in your sponsor organization structure who has earned Gold or Silver Status for the commission period will be considered a generation if they are commission qualified, even if they don’t earn a commission. If they are not commission qualified, that generation will be compressed to maximize your matching bonus potential.

2. Who is eligible for the Matching Bonus? How does Gold or Silver status impact it?

To be eligible for the Matching Bonus, you must meet specific Business Level and status requirements.

Gold Status: Provides the highest level of Matching Bonus eligibility, allowing you to earn from multiple generations of Brand Partners.

Silver Status: Still offers Matching Bonuses but at a lower percentage and fewer generations than Gold Status.

The number of generations that you can receive a percentage match for is dependent on your Gold/Silver status, the base commissions you earn in a week and the number of optimized Income Positions you have in a week.

3. Does the Matching Bonus include New Volume Bonus?

No, the Matching Bonus is typically calculated on the base commissions earned by your downline, not on their NVB. The NVB is a separate bonus tied to new sales volume, while the Matching Bonus is focused on the base commissions earned through the compensation structure. However, both bonuses can work together to enhance your overall earnings as your downline grows and generate more volume.

4. How are first and second generations determined for the Matching Bonus?

The first and second generations for the Matching Bonus are determined by your sponsorship tree.

First Generation: Includes the Brand Partners you have personally sponsored.

Second Generation: Includes the individuals sponsored by your first-generation Brand Partners.

The Matching Bonus is calculated based on the commissions earned by your first and second generations (and sometimes beyond, depending on your base commissions).
