1. What happens to the Retail Profits in the period prior to activating my Income Position?
Retail Profits are paid out regardless of the commission qualification or Income Position activation, provided the commissions earned equal or exceed 30 USD. In case the threshold is not achieved, commissions are held until such threshold is eventually reached.
2. Do Retail Profits ever expire?
Retail Profits do not expire.
3. What happens if I never activate my business?
If you never activate your business (i.e.: achieve at least the Activated Business Level), you will still receive the Retail Profits earned once the minimum threshold is reached, but you won’t be eligible to participate fully in the Compensation Plan.
4. Can a Brand Partner set up retail at any price that they want?
Brand Partners have some flexibility in setting retail prices, but they must adhere to the minimum advertised price (MAP) policies established by Partner.Co. This policy ensures fair pricing across the board and prevents undercutting.
5. When are Retail Profits paid?
Retail Profits are typically paid out weekly, following the commission calculation period. Commissions earned from retail sales are processed and reflected in your earnings during the next payout cycle.
6. How are Retail Profits calculated?
Retail Profits are calculated based on the difference between the wholesale price (the price you pay as a Brand Partner) and the retail price (the price customers pay). For example, if you purchase a product for $100 and sell it for $130, your retail profit would be $30. If you share a promo code to give your customer a discount, this is deducted from your retail profit.
7. What happens if a retail customer returns a product?
If a retail customer returns a product, the retail profit associated with that sale will be deducted from your total earnings. This may also affect your overall volume for commission calculations.
8. Are there any limits on how much Retail Profit I can earn?
No, there are no specific limits on Retail Profits.
