1. How does commission qualification work, and what happens if I miss it?
For Plan A and Plan B of the Compensation Plan, you qualify to receive commissions and bonuses by buying or selling a minimum of 100 PV during each commission cycle during your qualification week (easily identified by its color). A commission cycle is defined as four consecutive weeks, or four consecutive Fridays. If you do not meet the minimum sales threshold of 100 PV in a given cycle, you may forfeit your commissions that week and remain commission unqualified. Once you meet 100 PV in a single commission week, you’ll regain your commission-qualified status for the commission cycle starting that commission week.
Partner.Co provides tools in the Back Office to help track progress toward commission qualification.
2. Is commission qualification retroactive if I qualify midweek?
Commissions are calculated based on your status at the end of the qualification period. If you qualify before the end of the qualification period, you will earn commissions for that period. However, any missed earnings for earlier periods will not be recoverable as per the company’s Compensation Plan. However, if you happen to miss your qualification order, Partner.Co offers FlexTime, allowing you to place your order by the following Monday and move the volume to the previous qualification week.
3. How is commission qualification affected by Subscriptions?
Subscriptions ensure you always get the lowest price and allows you to earn retail commissions. They’re also the easiest way to stay commission qualified by ensuring you meet the minimum sales threshold without having to manually place an order each commission week.
Remember, simply having an active Subscription may not guarantee commission qualification. Make sure your order total meets or exceeds the minimum threshold needed for the commission cycle (generally 100 PV).
4. What is the minimum sales threshold in my market?
The minimum sales threshold for Plan A and Plan B of the Compensation Plan is 100 PV for a single Income Position and 200 PV for more than one Income Position. You can find the specific threshold for your region in the Partner.Co Compensation Plan documentation for your market or in your Back Office.
5. What is the difference between four consecutive weeks and four Fridays for commission cycles?
In the Partner.Co Compensation Plan, you must have enough qualifying purchases each commission cycle (four consecutive weeks) to remain active. Subscriptions run on Saturdays to maximize your eligibility. As commissions are based on the activity through the end of the week (Friday), purchases at any time during the week will count toward your eligibility.
Regardless of the day you enroll, you have until the following Friday plus three additional Fridays to establish your Business Level.
