1. How does Subscription pricing work, and what happens if I cancel it?
Subscription pricing generally offers customers a discount that’s typically lower than the one-time retail price but higher than the wholesale price available to Brand Partners.
If you decide to cancel your Subscription, you will no longer receive the discounted Subscription price or any associated loyalty benefits. You can cancel your Subscription through the Back Office, and it will take effect before the next scheduled Subscription process date.
2. How often do Subscriptions process, and can they be canceled or deferred?
Subscriptions process every four weeks on Saturdays.
You can modify, cancel or defer your Subscription through the Subscription Manager in your Back Office before the next processing date. Canceling will stop future shipments and associated discounts, while deferring can postpone your next shipment to a later date. However, be mindful that canceling or deferring your Subscription could impact your PV and commission eligibility.
3. Is there a minimum order amount for Subscriptions?
No, you can Subscribe and Save for any amount, but the PV associated with your Subscription can impact whether or not you meet the minimum sales threshold and stay commission qualified.
