Income Positions

1. What is an Income Position, and how do I earn one?

An Income Position is a specific spot in the compensation structure from which you generate commissions and bonuses. You earn an Income Position when you enroll as a Brand Partner, and you can earn additional Income Positions through re-entries, which are earned each time that you optimize an additional Pay Line. New Income Positions must be placed under the optimized Pay Line. Each Income Position allows you to increase your overall earnings by building additional depth in your Pay Lines.

2. How many Income Positions can I have?

There is no limit to the number of Income Positions you can have. You will continue to earn re-entries with each additional Pay Line that you optimize. As you place those re-entries under the optimized Pay Line, it will create a new Income Position for you to grow and earn commissions in.

3. Can I sell or transfer my Income Position?

Income Positions are not transferable. When a distributorship is sold under the Partner.Co restrictions, all Income Positions will be transferred to the new distributor owner.

4. Does each Income Position require its own Power Line?

Yes, each Income Position typically requires its own Power Line. A Power Line is essential for generating volume that contributes to your commissions. Each Income Position can have its own Power Line and Pay Lines, allowing you to expand your organization and maximize your earnings from multiple legs of your business.

5. Can I earn commissions from multiple Income Positions at the same time?

Yes, you can earn commissions from multiple Income Positions simultaneously, provided you meet the minimum sales threshold. Managing multiple Income Positions allows you to diversify your earnings and increase your total payout by building multiple Pay Lines and optimizing each Income Position.

6. How do I place new team members under an Income Position?

You can place new team members under an Income Position by enrolling them through your Back Office or the Partner.Co website. When enrolling new Brand Partners or customers, you can designate which Income Position and Pay Line they will be placed under, ensuring that the volume they generate benefits the correct part of your organization.

7. What happens to volume if I have multiple Income Positions?

If you have multiple Income Positions, the volume generated by each Pay Line is attributed to the respective Income Position. Each position tracks its own volume and contributes separately to your commissions and bonuses. Auto-balancing may help distribute personal purchase volume or personal customer volume that exceeds the minimum sales threshold.

8. How do Income Positions affect the optimization of my Pay Lines?

Each Income Position allows you to create new Pay Lines and optimizing these Pay Lines increases your earning potential. The more Income Positions you have, the more Pay Lines you can optimize, which in turn unlocks additional bonuses and higher commission rates. Managing multiple Income Positions effectively ensures that you maximize the productivity and earnings of each Pay Line. Each new Income Position will have the number of lines associated with the Business Level of your primary Income Position.
